Spell for Anxiety

I want to prerace by first saying if you truly are suffering from any mental or physical illness please see a health professional. Witchcraft and magic are never a substitute for real professional help. They can however aid in clearing the mind, having some forethought and just generally being supportive in getting to where you want to be with your mental and physical help. But again, if you are someone who is struggling first and foremost seek professional help from a medical professional in your area.

This is my go-to anxiety and stress spell. It's not really super involved BUT I like the ease of the spell as well as how I fell after. 

What You Need:

  • One purple or pink candle
  • Lavender
  • Rose buds (I used dried rose buds)
  • Amethyst Crystal
  • Rose Quartz Crystal
  • Salt

What You'll Do:

  • Carve you name and birthday moving towards the exposed wick at the top of the candle. 
  • Affix your candle onto a fireproof plate or dish.
  • Pour salt on the bottom layer of the dish around the candle.
  • Next, add lavender all around the candle. 
  • Then sprinkle your rose buds.
  • As you add each herb in, run them through your fingertips to charge them. 
  • Place your Amethyst on one side of the dish, and place your rose quartz on the other. 
  • Light your candle and just sit with it for as long as you want. 
  • Visualize your stress and anxiety evaporating from you like smoke or steam. 
  • Visualize as long as you need. 
  • When you're done let the candle burn out on it's own. 
  • You can keep the lavender, salt, and rose bud mixture in a small bag or jar, or sprinkle them outside your front door.
